Refunds:
If you are getting a custom site and we quote you on a date it should be ready by and we go over it we will refund you 5%/per day that we take extra to get it finished.
However, when a stage of the site gets completed and an email gets sent to the you (the client), if we do not get anything back within a certain amount of time regarding the website changes then the clock stops, but will start up again when we receive an email back.
Clock stop means that after the email gets sent to the client if they do not get back to us within 24 hours for a template or 36 hours for a custom site then the time we quoted you for the website to be completed will stop. If the client takes a week to get back to us, it is not in AIE’s best interest to refund money for time not spent doing the clients website.

We quote 2 weeks or 10 business days
The first stage is completed after 3 days
An email gets sent to the client informing them their first stage to the website has been completed, please make your changes to finish your website
If the client takes 3 days to get back to us, the clock would have stopped 36 hours after the email was sent to the client informing them their first stage is done, so it will leave AIE ample time to finish the project in the amount of time we originally quoted.
Each client regardless of a template or custom site will get 3 chances to change whatever they need on their website before it becomes active. whether it is content, colour, buttons, or images that need changing be sure to write all issues every chance you have.
Term:
The term of the contract is for 1 year, you can leave at any time during the contract, however a 30 day written notice is required as well as the remaining balance owing on the contract must be paid.
After the year is up the contract will be monthly. All promos last a year and after which all prices will go back to their original state.
All accounts are auto-renewed after the first year. If it is auto-renewed and you decide to cancel, you will not be responsible for the remainder of the year. All promotions can be renewed again if the client agrees to another year contract.

Pricing:
There are only customized sites with AIE because it sets us apart from all the other companies that offer generic templates to multiple customers.
There are 6 levels with AIE, it is all based on what you want in the site and how user friendly you would like it to be. They are broken down as follows:
Level 1 $100 – Custom site, page bio
Level 2 -$400 – Custom site, minor graphics
Level 3 -$800 – Custom site, more flexibility, user friendly, roll over images
Level 4 -$1600 – Custom site, enhanced graphics, includes flash
Level 5 -$3200 – Custom site, includes 40+pages
Level 6 -$6400 – Custom site, this is used for businesses who do most or all of their business over the internet, includes shopping cart and many other user friendly graphics.
There are also 6 levels for the monthly service based on the clients’ demands for our products, the brake down is as follows:
Level 1 - $25
Level 2 - $30
Level 3 - $35
Level 4 - $40
Level 5 - $45
Level 6 - $50
All prices given do not include tax. Prices are also subject to change. Each of the upgraded levels consists of features from the lower levels in addition to the new features the higher level brings.
